RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Return Policy

At De Chatoyer, returns and exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances. Products must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. 

All apparel must not be soiled and must be accompanied by original packaging intact to be eligible for refund or exchange. 

Returns & Exchanges are not allowed for change of mind. 

2. I received a wrong product!

Firstly, we are truly sorry for the mistake made on our end! If you received a wrong product from the one that you ordered, please contact us within 7 days and we will be sure to get you the products you ordered.

All delivery fees on returns made due to mistake on our part will be borne by De Chatoyer. An email with steps will be sent to you. 

3. How do I place an exchange or refund?

It is essential that you email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the process of your exchange or refund. 

4. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your items, it will take up to 14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email. 

5. Will my shipping fee be refunded?

The refunded value will only be on the product/s purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded.

6. Are returns free?

Note that the cost of the return will be borne by you except if the mistake was made on our part. We will recommend shipping that is the most cost efficient with tracking. 

Please note that there will not be a refund or exchange should the item sent is lost in transit due to shipping without tracking.
